Laboratory and sensory panel
Our evaluation team consists of Packfill experts with years of experience in creating, analysing and the organoleptic testing (i.e. the sensory analysis of colour, odour, taste) of wines and alcoholic beverages. They are supported by a sommelier, an oenologist, a liquorist and two Master Distillers.
In our laboratory, analyses are done to determine, for instance, the colour intensity, sugar and acid content, sulphite level, density and alcohol percentage of our products.
Furthermore, Packfill cooperates with several external laboratories that validate our own analyses and observations.
